ABOUT THE GATHERING
To Celebrate 30+1 years of The Scoobs, we are putting on this special gig, which has invited members from all era's of bands history join in on stage. After this past couple of years, we could all do with a good blow out, and what better setting than Hulver Farm to stage this gathering. We invite all our friends and family to join in the reunion with us.
FOOD & DRINK
PLEASE BRING SOME FOOD AND DRINK TO SHARE FOR A COMMUNAL SATURDAY EVENING BUFFET & BAR
The entrance charge is only covering costs for landowner Farmer Paul's facilities and overhead and any pa/tents etc we need to hire in that can't be scrounged for free.
As its very much a gathering of friends and family, we are asking everyone to bring some food to contribute to a buffet Saturday late afternoon/early evening so no one goes hungry. We will have the tables and seats, just need enough food to communally feed us all. Its up to you what you want to bring from a big stew or curry to finger food, sarnies or savouries.
We will also set up a communal 'free' bar that can run as long as stocks last. Please bring beer, wine, spirits or soft drinks, so that we can put these behind our bar. We need volunteers to take shifts in serving so let us know if you don't mind helping out behind the bar - hit the contact us tab above or FB message us.
If we all contribute something by way of food and drink to share, we will have plenty to last throughout the night.
NOISE CURFEW 2am
Farmer Paul, Tobias and Emma request that no amplified noise or drumming goes on beyond 2am. Thank you for respecting their and our wishes.
CAMPING
Hulver Farm have showers, water, loos so all your needs catered for on that front. The main meadow is where you can set up your tent, caravan or live-in vehicle.
RECYCLING & RUBBISH
Please bring bin bags to take your rubbish home when you leave. Farmer Paul Cant deal with the waste this event will create and we are not hiring in a skip. Cans, bottles and plastics can be recycled, so we will will put out a recycling area and with some help, we can take this away on Sunday. Basically, we leave the site as we found it!
Hope to see you then!
